THE FRIENDS OF THE UNION COUNTY CARNEGIE LIBRARY IN CONJUNCTION WITH USC-UNION LITERARY FESTIVAL IS HAVING A FICTIONAL CHARACTER COSTUME PARTY AT THE MAIN STREET JUNCTION.
